Please wait for an email with shipping information. This will only be sent when your order is dispatched.

Your purchase will be processed as soon as possible, during our regular business hours. Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday and usually take 2 to 3 working days to be dispatched.

Average delivery times once an order is dispatched:

  • Johannesburg | 3 to 4 working days
  • Cape Town | 1 to 2 working days
  • KwaZulu Natal | 3 to 4 working days
  • Eastern Cape | 3 to 4 working days

Local Courier - Includes 1x shipping interval. The order ships when all in stock & pre-order products in your cart have arrived.

Once an order is dispatched by STARS Collectables it is the responsibility of the customer to make themselves available to receive the order. STARS Collectables is not responsible for any issues caused because of unsuccessful deliveries or instances where the customer has not been available to receive their order. Where a customer has not been available to receive their order, it is the duty of the customer to contact the courier company to arrange an alternate delivery time.

Pre-order arrival dates are subject to change and often do. This is often due to production or shipping delays beyond our control.

Prices on pre-orders are subject to change when the items arrive and can be amended before orders are dispatched. To secure a pre-order, the payment in full is required. This payment is non-refundable.

CAN YOU SEND SOME OF WHAT I ORDERED EARLY?

Should you wish to split part of an order to be sent ahead of time, it will require the purchase of an additional R110 shipping charge.

*ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED YOU WILL BE PROVIDED WITH A TRACKING NUMBER WHEREBY YOU CAN TRACK AND TRACE THE PROGRESS OF YOUR ORDER.

QUANTITY & ORDER ADJUSTMENTS We reserve the right to adjust quantities of products ordered. These decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, and you will be notified of any changes.
